Intermediate and final examination
possible departments & tasks
Telecommunications team realization of communication solutions, ensuring smooth functioning of mobile devices and their provisioning.
Team Server monitoring and management of server services, continuous maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure
Team Clients troubleshooting and analysis of complex hardware and software problems, provision of hardware components
Team Network cabling, maintenance and monitoring of the company-wide network and its components
Team First Level Support initial processing and assignment of support requests, telephone hotline

weekly meeting with the instructor

Requirements

    • Very good secondary school diploma or good (technical) high school diploma
    • good performance in mathematics, German and English
    • Interest in mathematical-technical tasks and working methods
    • Experience and pleasure in working with electronic media
    • Independence, ability to work in a team, commitment and reliability
